The Murhula sisters (pictured here in our old uniforms) are three children in a family of nine. Their dad has been missing since December 2024 due to rebel violence in the area.
The children are now living with family and friends because their mom can’t pay the rent anymore and has difficulty feeding them.
At our school, students get two meals a day. This is the bulk of our school budget and yet such an important difference between our school and other rural schools in Eastern Congo.
The students at the Congo Restoration All Girls School of Compassion are all special. And few of them likely would be in school getting even an elementary education without our school. If you’d like to be a part of their education, you can fund their backpack and school supplies for $27 each or sponsor one of them for a year.
